The Teenagers Abroad French Live & Learn Junior French immersion programs for high school students in France combines the supervision and safety of staying with a host family with our experitise in French immersion programs.
Just like our Live & Learn French immersion programs for adults, high school students (ages 12 - 18) will live and study in their personal French teacher’s home. By doing so, students will learn French as effectively as possible because they will actually “live the language” while they experience a fun and educational French language holiday in France!
This style of learning through French immersion programs is very different to traditional French courses for high school students. Students will wake up each morning and be instantly consumed with French. They will be speaking French in everything they do while living abroad in France, such as eating breakfast with their host family, watching TV, playing sports, etc…
Students will also have a structured French course to follow their French immersion programs in France. It is the combination of the French courses, daily conversations and social activities in French that allows for this method of full French immersion programs to be effective. By the end of the Live & Learn junior French immersion programs, high school students will have a true insight into the French language and the lifestyle of the people of France.
