Located in the Western part of Switzerland, about 90 minutes from Geneva, you will discover the small village of Les Sciernes in the Swiss Pre-Alpes.

Les Sciernes is a typical, charming Swiss village - clean and very safe, a few houses in the area have sheep grazing in the yard! There are a couple of hotels, shops and restaurants, and a doctor's office in the area - all surrounded by beautiful alpine scenery.

This area of Switzerland is dotted with typical Swiss chalets, green pastures, farms and alpine flora and fauna. The region is also known for its hiking and mountain biking trails, making it a popular destination for many looking for an active and healthy educational holiday.

The region, school and programs are ideal for students looking to experience Switzerland all year round. There is a group winter program offered to groups, so please contact us if you would like to organize a group to Les Sciernes outside of the summer period.

During the Winter months, Switzerland is truly a Winter Wonderland, which has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. The winter school offers the perfect opportunity to combine work and play: intensive language lessons in the morning, are followed by skiing or snowboarding in the afternoons, in the Gstaad Ski Region.

This is truly the ideal location to study either the French or German language and experience all Switzerland has to offer!

STUDENT FEEDBACK

"The camp is surrounded by mountains (so I had beautiful views).

Rooms are fine, staff members are really nice. Meals are different than in my country but they are OK. I spent three weeks of great fun. I met many nice people, both the staff members and the students.

I visited so many interesting places (like chcocolate factory) and in the same time I made my French better. Swiss Alps are so beautiful that I fall in love with them."
