	Return to MONTREAL Teenager French Program Our summer residence (on St-Mathieu) is located immediately behind our all year round adult school location. Students can access internet in the main school building. The residence is a mere 10 minute walk from our teen classes (summer campus on rue de Maisonneuve West), in the heart of downtown Montreal. The residence is located in it's own beautiful garden and is a historical building with elegant features both inside and out. Some of the interesting features include high ceilings, and orginal oak panels. During the rest of the year, it is a residence for students attending Concordia University. Our international students will live together in the residence. Facilities include: Single room Double room (available for 2 students who have booked together) Rooms: desk, wash basin, wardrobe & mini-fridge Shared hall bath Room cleaned weekly please bring towels 24-hour security Lounge with TV and DVD Games room, music room, vending machine Laundry facilities Outside terrace/garden area Close to supermarket, shops, banks, pharmacy..
