Our residence in Nice is housed by a typical regional French building, located just a 10 minute walk down the rue Assalit. Students have easy access to Nice from here; as the main railway station is nearby and the famous ‘Promenade des Anglais’ is just 15 minutes walking distance away.

Our Residence Accommodation Facilities include:
• 56 bedrooms w/ A/C
• Private bathrooms w/ showers
• Mini-fridge & TV (some rooms)
• Internet access (no computers)
• Close to an Internet café

Every student will be given a personal key to their room (Note: if students lose or break their key, they will be responsible for the costs of replacing it). Monitors live on the same floor as the students to ensure constant supervision.

A mere few minute walk from the residence is where students will enjoy their breakfast and evening meals. Lunches will be packed and taken with the students to the language school.

Breakfast includes:
• Coffee w/ milk, Hot Chocolate, Cappuccino, or Tea
• Bread/Bun & butter w/ choice of jams
• Yogurt or Fruit
• Fruit juices

Packed Lunch includes:
• Sandwich
• Dessert
• Drink

Dinner:
• Daily special, Chicken, Fish or Hamburger
• All-you-can-eat Vegetables
• Dessert
• Small Bread/Bun
• Drink

Vegetarians:
• All-you-can-eat Vegetables
• All-you-can-eat Salad Bar

Roommate requests may be made in advance, as long as both parties make the request; however, we make no roommate guarantees. Normally, 2 bedded rooms will be allocated upon student arrival. Requests and special wishes will be taken into account when assigning rooms. We attempt to pair students of the same age but with different national backgrounds in a room together. All rooms and bed linens will be cleaned once a week.

Once rooms are assigned, a ‘Teamer’ will take the student to his/her room for an inspection. Before departing on the final day, the teamer will once again inspect the room to see if anything is broken or missing. If so, the student will be responsible for any damage done.

Students must obey all residence rules and curfews!
