Paying for your program with a Credit Card

To enroll in a Teenagers Abroad Program, a $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required from all participants.

Payments of the deposit can be done either online, by email, or by fax. You can either pay the $300 deposit or the program in full through use of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also gladly accept alternative payment methods, such as money transfers, checks and money orders.
Important Notes:
I. If it should happen that the total cost of your chosen program exceeds $3000, a deposit of 10% of the total cost will be required in place of the normal deposit of $300.
II. 45 days prior to the program’s start date, full payment of all remaining fees is due.
III. If a program is booked within 45 days of it beginning, full payment is required when booking.
IV. If you decide that you cannot enroll in your selected program, your deposit of $300 will be refunded.
V. To guarantee a place in a summer program, it is important to book as soon as possible.
VI. All payments are to be made to Languages Abroad (Teenagers Abroad is the underage division of Languages Abroad).
VII. Maximum payment permitted by credit card is $5000. If it happens that your program exceeds $5000, you can either pay the remaining balance with another credit card, certified check, bank transfer, or money order. Contract us for more information.

Step One

Download, Print, Complete & Sign the following forms. Then send them to us by fax, mail or e-mail. 
It is required that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view/download the forms found below.
Note: Alternatively, our forms can be completed & submitted online.

Note: Check ‘YES’ on this form to share the student’s email address with other participants of Teenagers Abroad. This is an excellent way for students, who are traveling independently, to get acquainted with other students who will be at the same program location.

Note: All parents/guardians must complete & sign this form.

Step Two

Pay with a credit card the $300 deposit or the full program balance.
To do so, there are two credit card payment options:

1. Submitting payment by fax or email
To pay the $300 deposit or the full program balance, simply complete the credit card form and either submit it online or sign and fax or email it to us. Forms should be faxed to 1-416-925-5990 or emailed to info@teenagersabroad.com

2 . Using our Secure Online Payment System
This method can be used only when paying the $300 deposit. Our online payment system does not accept payment for the full program. If you choose to pay your deposit with this method, please make a note of it when completing the enrollment form.
We proudly accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa & Discover credit cards.
Please Note: We do not accept debit/credit cards or any cards that put any type of holds on funds before being approved. Our approval system functions instantaneously.
To authorize payments, we use a secure online credit card processor. The company that operates this processor is called ‘Internet Secure’, and certified Internet Secure merchant, ‘Alderly Group Marketing Inc., processes our account. Internet Secure directs all credit cards securely to the issuing financial institution of the card.
Privacy Policy: Languages Abroad (Teenagers Abroad) keeps all collected information about our clients confidential. Financial and personal information is only used within our organization for completing program reservations. cards.

After ‘submitting’ your payment online, you should be notified of approval or denial in less than 30 seconds, depending on the strength of your Internet connection.

Step Three

Terms & Conditions
Notice: As soon as Languages Abroad (Teenagers Abroad) receives & accepts your enrollment forms and deposit, a binding contract is established between you and Languages Abroad (Teenagers Abroad). Therefore, before you complete the enrollment process, please attentively read our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.

After enrolling, our clients can expect the following:

First off, we would like to THANK YOU for enrolling in a program!

I. Within 3-5 business days we will confirm your enrollment in your chosen program. As soon as this is done, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your choices and information. We ask that you wait until after you hear from a school representative, confirming your information and program, to book any travel plans (flights, train tickets, etc…).
After speaking with a Languages Abroad representative, any changes or cancellations made to your program, will result in additional fees, as is stated in our Terms & Conditions.
>> Reminder: Please keep in mind when booking airfare and train tickets that airport/train station transfers are included in the program fees. However, this transfer service is one for ‘arrival day’ (Sunday) and ‘departure day’ (Saturday). If students arrive or depart on any other day, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for transfers to their transportation hub.

II. If, upon enrolling, you have paid only the $300 deposit, full payment is due 45 days before the start date of your program. Languages Abroad (Teenagers Abroad) will not send your pre-departure information package until full payment is received.

III. If, upon enrolling, you have paid the full payment for your program, you will receive an email from our operations department with your pre-departure information package. If you do not receive this email within the first few days of payment, please check your “junk” email-folder before contacting us.

IV. Once you have confirmation of travel arrangements, please send our operations department an email with all flight/train numbers, dates and times. This information is needed by Languages Abroad (Teenagers Abroad) no later than two weeks prior to the program’s state date. If we do not have the travel information more than two weeks before the program begins, we cannot guarantee transfer from the airport/train station to the student’s school/accommodation.

V. You will be given your accommodation details 10-14 days before your program’s start date.
