
To enroll in a Teenagers Abroad Summer Camp Program in Frankfurt, a $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to ensure a place in your desired program.

Please Note:
• Transfers from the airport are included only on arrival day (Sunday) and the departure day (Saturday) between the hours of 10am - 8pm for arrivals and 9am - 8pm for departures. If the student arrives outside of these designated travel days and/or hours, additional fees may apply.

• The Teenagers Abroad Summer Camp Program in Frankfurt is available to students ages 13 - 17
Every evening, students are permitted to go out in groups of three, without adult supervision, until 8pm. However, group leaders must be informed of any plans before students leave the campus.
After curfew hours, if a student wishes to leave campus, a group leader must accompany them.
Should the teamers, group leaders or other school staff members organize an event or activity that finishes after the designated curfew time, students will be permitted to participate and break curfew.
Students wishing to be accommodated by a host family should be mature, independent teenagers who enjoy, and can handle, limited individual supervision. They should also be able to travel to/from the school each day, night, and weekend on their own.

Arrival & Departure Information:
Students must travel independently from their home to arrive in Frankfurt on Sunday. At the summer camp program location’s nearest airport, the student will be met by a staff member and taken to their accommodation. Staying at the selected accommodation, from the day before the German courses begin (Sunday) until the day after the German courses end (Saturday), is included in the Teenagers Abroad summer camp program's price. In most cases, German courses are held Monday to Friday. On the day of departure (Saturday), students will be escorted by a staff member back to the Frankfurt International Airport.

• Waiver form, which grants or denies independent travel, permission to leave the school, etc…

• Enrollment & waiver forms must be signed by participant’s parents/guardians
