However; for the purposes of sections 7, 8 and 26, and section 19 of the Access to Information Act, the definition of personal information does not include:

J.    Any information or data about an individual who is or was in the past an officer or government employee that directly relates to the position or tasks of the individual including:

i.        The fact that the individual is or was in the past an officer or government employee.

ii.        The title, business address and telephone number of the individual while working as an officer or government employee.

iii.        The classification, salary range and the ongoing responsibilities of the position(s) held by the individual.

iv.        The personal opinions or views of the individual provided throughout the course of employment as an officer or government employee.

K.   Any provided information about an individual who is or was in the past providing contractual services/tasks for a government institution that may relate to the services/tasks rendered, including but not limited to the terms of the contract, the name of the individual and the opinions or views of the individual as provided throughout the course of the outlined contract.

L.   Any provided information in relation to any discretionary financial benefit, which includes the release of a license or permit, conferred on an individual, including the presumable details of the benefit.

M.  Information about an individual who has been deceased for longer than 5 years.

Teenagers Abroad collects the following personal information: Teenagers Abroad may ask you for your full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, citizenship, relevant passport information, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, medical history, legal guardian information (only relevant for minors), education history, and credit card information.

Your credit card information is not retained in any database by Teenagers Abroad.  It is simply used as a means for deposit and course payment.
